Made from the beans of the cacao plant which grows in West Africa, Central and South America, and parts of Asia, chocolate is a favorite treat worldwide. The cacao beans are ground and liquified into cacao solids and cacao butter. Dark chocolate must be at least 60% cacao solids, while milk chocolate must be at least 25%.
