Week Information
A week is comprised of seven days, commencing with Sunday and ending with Saturday. The days of the week include Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. It is widely believed that the seven-day week has its origins in the Old Testament account of God working for six days (Genesis 1, verses 3-31) and resting on the seventh day (Genesis 2, verses 1-2).
